Choose An NCBIA Remodeler For Your Project

If you own a home, no mater what its age, sooner or later you will join the millions of people who remodel their homes each year.  The reasons for remodeling are as varied as the projects themselves.  Remodeling adds comfort, convenience and space to what is, for most home owners, their most valued asset.

If you choose a North Coast BIA Remodeler for your project, you are choosing a quality company dedicated to providing the best service to meet your needs.  As a member of NCBIA, each remodeler must abide by the following:

  • Carry workers comp and general liability insurance – If your remodeler does not carry these insurances you are responsible for any injury on the jobsite.
  • Be referred for membership by at least two NCBIA members – Provides credibility for workmanship and integrity.
  • Provide two business references – Shows proof of a solid business who can pay their bills – not a fly-by-night company.
  • Abide by the NCBIA and the NCBIA Remodelers Code of Ethics
