Tim King, 2024 President

I have been in the building industry for over thirty years. Starting out of high school through a vocational carpentry program and worked for both small, local, and large national organizations. I have been with my current employer for the past twenty-three years and my current role is Area President of Cleveland West, K. Hovnanian Homes. Being an Ohio resident all my life and a Lorain County resident for the past twenty years, I am dedicated to the communities we serve and the construction industry which is one of the best industries in our great nation.   I am grateful and proud to lead the NCBIA as it provides opportunities to network, build relationships, and work together to not only promote a rewarding career in the trades, but also build the American dream of homeownership.  I encourage all members of this association to get involved in any way that they can to support the growth of the NCBIA, as I guarantee it will be mutually beneficial to both the members and the association.
