The North Coast Building Industry Association (NCBIA) proudly installed its 2026 Officers and Board of Directors this past weekend at its annual Installation Banquet held at Tom’s Country Place in Avon. The association now moves forward under the leadership of its new President, Michael (Mike) A. Meszes.
Mike has been an active member of the North Coast Building Industry Association since the 1990s. Beginning his involvement as a member, he steadily advanced into leadership, serving on the Board of Directors and progressing through the association’s ranks. His installation as 2026 President reflects his longstanding dedication to the building industry and to the mission of the NCBIA.
In addition to his leadership within the association, Mike is a partner at DRC Construction Company, where he brings decades of industry experience to every project. He remains personally involved in each job, working closely alongside skilled trades to ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Mike understands the importance of creating spaces that inspire confidence and satisfaction for both home and business owners. He is committed to respecting clients’ time and investment while ensuring every project reflects their vision and supports their business needs or lifestyle. He is passionate about helping businesses create exceptional workspaces and assisting families in achieving the home of their dreams.
Mike and his wife, Lisa, are longtime Lorain County residents. Outside of their professional commitments, they enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and family.
The remaining 2026 officers installed include:
- Jon Sherer, Vice President
- Melanie Stock, Associate Vice President
- Sara Majzun, Treasurer
- Jason Rodriguez, Secretary
They, along with the full Board of Directors, were officially sworn in during the ceremony.
