The North Coast Building Industry Association (NCBIA) serves Erie, Huron, and Lorain Counties. NCBIA members have been an integral part of the growth and economic development of the communities we serve since 1944, and we call home.
NCBIA was founded as a not-for-profit local affiliate of the Ohio Home Builders Association (OHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The NCBIA represents more than 240 builders and other businesses directly related to the home building industry. Our members are builders, remodelers, tradesmen and associated professions representing the collective interests of the residential construction industry.
The national network of home builders’ associations across the country comprises business people like you: entrepreneurs, craftsmen, innovators, and problem-solvers.
The NCBIA is the most important group of industry professionals to be involved with, and we advocate for affordability and livability in the local area. Dependable and Reputable businesses serving the local community.
