The North Coast Building Industry Association (NCBIA) installed its newly elected 2023 officers and directors at their Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony at Tom’s Country Place in Avon.
2023 Officers and Board of Directors were installed by Richard Bancroft, 2023 President of the Ohio Home Builders Association (OHBA).
Two members were then inducted into the NCBIA Hall of Fame which was established to honor individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the housing industry though their work in building and development. The first inductee honored was Liz Schneider of Dollar Bank, the second was Tom Caruso of Caruso Cabinets.
Ending the evening were our 2022 Circle of Excellence Awards which features the Best of NCBIA, and the awards were as follows:
