North Coast Building Industry Association (NCBIA)
The North Coast Building Industry Association (NCBIA) installed its newly elected 2022 officers and directors at their Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony at Aherns Banquet Center in Avon Lake.
2022 Officers and Board of Directors were installed by Sara Majzun, 2021-2022 President of the North Coast BIA.
Two members were then inducted into the NCBIA Hall of Fame which was established to honor individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the housing industry though their work in building and development. The first inductee honored was Terry Bennett of Bennett Builders and Remodelers, the second was Jim Sprague of Maloney + Novotny.
Ending the evening were our 2021 Circle of Excellence Awards which features the Best of NCBIA, and the awards were as follows:
