2020 has been a crazy wild ride for all of us. Especially for those of us in the construction industry. The housing market is booming, new construction is at an all time high. In my opinion one of our biggest down falls right now is getting individuals who want to work. There are so many fantastic companies in the Lorain County area that have so much work but not enough employees. Through out the month of October the NCBIA will be focusing on Careers in Construction. We will work hard to showcase the different opportunities that are available in our are and educate you as to how you can get involved. We will be hosting a virtual tour on our Facebook page of different job sites as well as some virtual tool demonstrations.
